DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

all orders are made once they are placed.

Lead times are around 3 weeks but it depends on the item you order and how busy we are.

You can collect at weekends and delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free standard shipping for all items that states 'free delivery' to UK mainland addresses. Shipping costs and times to offshore UK and Scottish Highlands will vary. Shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders but this is included in the price

Unless otherwise requested, deliveries will be made weekdays between 9am - 6pm. It is not possible to specify a time, however Parcelforce and Evri and some other couriers may provide time slots on the day of delivery. 

Incorrect or other Address issues:  If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. You will be charged for re delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts:  If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt, they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered the package will be returned to us.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Little Devon Furniture Company will not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once the parcel has been collected.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging and send it to us via email at tim@littledevonfurniture.co.uk to arrange a replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
